​1. What types of therapy do you offer?

We offer individual therapy, family therapy, couples and relationships therapy, and group therapy.

2. How do I book an appointment?

Use the contact form on True Path Wellness, LLC's website to send us a message. Once scheduling opens in early 2026, our team will reach out to arrange your initial intake appointment.

​

3. Do you accept insurance or offer sliding scale fees?

We are in the process of becoming credentialed with select insurance providers. In the meantime, self pay options are available, and we can provide superbills upon request for possible out-of network reimbursement. Sliding scale fees may be available based on demonstrated financial need, reviewed every three months of service.

4. What can I expect in my first session?

During your first session, your therapist will complete a clinical assessment, discuss your  history, goals, and concerns, and collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.​

5. How long are therapy sessions?

Initial Intake: 60-75 minutes

Individual Therapy: 50 minutes

Family Therapy and Couples & Relationship Therapy: 60 minutes 

Group Therapy: 60-75 minutes (depending on the group)

6. What's your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charge the full session fee. No-shows will also be billed at the full rate. We understand that emergencies happen-please contact us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend your session.

7. Is therapy confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is estremely important to us. All sessions and records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards. Information is only shared with your written consent, except in rare cases where disclosure is required by law (for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of suspected abuse or neglect).​

8. Do you offer virtual sessions?

​Yes, we offer secure telehealth sessions for clients located in states where our therapists are licensed. Virtual therapy can be a convenient and effective option for those who prefer the comfort of their own space or have limited access to in-person care.

9. How do I know if therapy is right for me?

​Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling stressed, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want support in making positive changes. Many clients come to therapy to gain insight, improve communication, manage emotions, or navigate life transitions. If you’re unsure, we invite you to schedule a consultation call to discuss your needs and determine whether therapy is a good fit for you.

10. What qualifications will your therapists have?
At True Path Wellness, LLC, our clinical team will include a mix of licensed therapists, supervised associate therapists, and graduate-level counseling interns. All clinicians will be trained in evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and family systems work.

Supervised therapists and graduate interns will work under the direction of our Clinical Director to ensure that every client receives high-quality, ethical, and effective care. This structure allows us to offer comprehensive and compassionate services while supporting the development of future mental health professionals.
